Dönem sonu geldi, okullarda işler çok yoğun, son yazılılardı, notları hesaplamaktı derken uzun süre blog yazamadım.
As i know i am a teacher and it is the end pf first term. Therefore i was very busy with the school work and was away from the blog for sometime.
Mustafakemalpaşa'da ustamız Halil Bilen'in varroa ile etkili mücadele eğitimine katıldıktan sonra gelen talepler doğrultusunda aynı eğitimi Karacebey'de verilmesi için kolları sıvadık.
After attending to Halil Bilen's seminar on effective methods in coping with varroa destructor, we decided to organize a seminar for the beekeepers in Karacabey.
Tarih olarak 13 - 14 Ocak kararlaştırıldı ve gerekli duyurular yapıldı.
The most appropriate dates were 13th - 14 th January and the seminar was announced to beekeepers.
As the host i came early. As soon as i arrived, beekeepers from neighbouring towns started to come. (Mustafa Ay, Bekir Arsan, Hasan Şen, Halit Yaldız and two other beekeepers whose names i can't remember now.)
As minutes passed the interest for the seminar grew and the small conference hall was not enough for such crowded audience, so we moved to the larger hall.
Beekeeping Master Halil Bilen is getting ready for the seminar.
Mustafa Ay, a dear beekeeper friend, was the one to help me the most in organising this seminar.
As the minutes passed it started to become more and more crowded.
The seminar starts with an opening speech from Erdoğan Ceylan, Karacabey's director of agriculture and livestock.
One of Atatürk's sayings draw my attention. [It is the Turkish Nation that taught agriculture and craft to man kind]
Beekeepers from Gönen (Abdurrahim Sarık, Ahmet Akdağ, Adnan Elçi)
And the end of the first night...
On the second day, in the afternoon, at about 14:00, there were beekeeper guests from Bursa (Zafer Cura, Kenan Gişan, Mehmet Gençünal)
About half an hour later Halil Bilen joined us.
As we were chatting, it started to snow heavier.
Teaching, teaching, teaching... anytime, anywhere,...
After the dinner beekeeping friends from Gönen joined our chat.
Hot beverages were drunk and we left for the second part of the seminar...
Though it was raining heavily, the interest for the seminar was high.
Chatting and joking among friends just before the seminar.
The second night started with a short summary of the first part.
A break for the smokers
Sincere chats at the break
The second half ...
An the end. I hope this seminar was useful for the beekeepers of my hometown, Karacabey.
Not: Hala varroa seminer notlarının özetini yayımlamadığımın farkındayım, yukarıda yazdığım gibi çok meşguldüm. En kısa sürede temize çekip yayımlayacağım.
P.S.: I am aware that i haven't published my varroa seminar notes, as i mentioned above i was really busy recently. I will share it as soon as i can
