Sönük Bir Toplantı / A Vapid Meeting

24 Mart 2012 Cumartesi günü Merinos Kongre ve Kültür Merkezi'nde Uludağ Arıcılık Derneği'nin 7. Olağan Toplantısı vardı. Arkadaşım Enver Mutlu ile gittik.

On 24th March 2012 Saturday, Uludağ Beekeeping Association had its 7th Mundane Meeting. I went to the meeting with my beekeeping buddy Enver Mutlu.

Toplantıyı İbrahim Çakmak Hocamız yönetiyordu.
İbrahim Çakmak was moderating the meeting.

Toplantıya çok az sayıda arıcı gelmişti. Sanırım baharın gelmesi ve herkesin arılıkta olması bunda etkiliydi, toplantıya katılım azdı.
Very few beekeepers joined the meeting. Since the spring came and all the beekeepers were in their apiaries, the participation to meeting was not much.

Sn.Mustafa Civan, derneğin mali durumu ile ilgili detaylı bilgiler verdi.
Mustafa Civan, gave detailed information about the fiscal position of the association.

Uludağ Üniversitesi'nden Prof.Dr.Levent Aydın, AGAM ve Derneğin çalışmaları hakkında bilgi verdi.
Prof.Dr. Levent Aydın, from Uludağ University, gave information on the studies carried in AGAM in cooperation with the association.

Yeni dernek yönetimi çay molasının ardından seçildi. Mudanya'dan Hasan Şen'de dernek yönetimine girdi. Herhalde dernek tarihinde bugüne kadar yönetime giren en genç arıcı kendisidir diye düşünüyorum.

The new board of our association was elected after the tea break. Hasan Şen, from Mudanya, was among the members forming the board. I guess he is the youngest member taking part in the board in the history of our association.

Daha sonra Mürşit Korkut yeni yönetimin yapması gereken şeylerin taslak olarak takviminden bahsetti.
Later Murşit Korkut read a draft schedule of the things the new board supposed to do.

Memento of the meeting...

Toplantıdan sonra yoğun aramalarımıza rağmen bir türlü EPS bulamadık. Bizde deneme amaçlı olarak XPS aldık. Önümüzdeki günlerde ana eşleştirme kutusu yapacağız bakalım.
After the meeting we searched all Bursa but we couldn't find EPS. Just to try we bought XPS, foam board. In the following days we plan to build our own mating nucs.
