It has been almost a year since i last wrote to my blog. If you ask me why i hadn't sent any post to my blog, my answer will be "i was very busy!" Was i the only one to be busy? Of course not. In fact i was a bit laziness of me. Anyway, from now on, i will try to write more often.

As you all know, a hut for the apiary becomes a must. In this midterm holiday, we build a hut in a local workshop. I would like to share the details and photos so as to help the beekeepers intending to build a similar hut for their apiaries.

First we went to Bursa, to Kaleli Yapı, one of the leading roofware markets in Bursa.
Thanks to Ahmet Bey, sales representative; he helped us a lot.
We purchased 1st quality sandwich panels for the roof and we almost paid half the price. ıf you wonder how, the answer is easy. We bought the parts, the panels left from previous projects. Therefore the price is almost 50% less.
Then we went to Savaş Container, a supplier that sells brand new and second hand sandwich panels.
The price of second hand sandwich panels was 20 TL per meter, which is a very reasonable price, but i didn't like the idea so much. Most of the second hand panels seemed worn out to me. If we searched, i'm sure that we would find better panels but i didn't want to. At the end of a good bargain with Savaş, we bought the side panels only 30 TL per meter.
We had to drive to the warehouse of Savaş Konteynır for the brandnew panels. It was in Çalı, a district of Bursa.
Here are our iron bars,... we are about to start.
First the iron bars are cut according to the diamentions.
The side walls almost finished. In order to leave a window place at the correct dimensions, a plastic window frame is needed.
We went to Şimşek Yapı for a second hand window frame.
There are so many windows and frames and they all are at reasonable prices.

My friend Metin. He is in charge and has the command.
Silicone sealant for covering the joint points, small gaps and screwheads. Weber, German brand. You can find it anywhere selling roof necessaries. In order to apply, you need the gun above the sealant. The sealant is 15 TL and the gun is 20 TL. The strongest sealant available for the moment. If yur roof is leeking, it is the only solution to stop the leekings. But i must warn you, it is so sticky. Extremely sticky. Use gloves when applying. If you touch it with naked hand, you can2t remove it for at least 3 - 4 days.
We are taking the hut in front of the workshop by a transpallet.
The crane truck arrived after waiting for long hours.
